Whistleblower
Protection Principles

01. Strict Confidentiality
All reports and the identity of whistleblowers are handled in strict confidence by the investigating department. Disclosure or suggestion of a whistleblower’s identity is strictly prohibited without prior consent.
02. Identity Protection
No whistleblower shall suffer any disadvantage in business dealings or employment as a result of legitimate reporting, testimony,
or submission of materials
03. Prohibition of Retaliation
If a whistleblower experiences retaliation from the reported party or a related third party, the incident must be immediately reported to the Ethics & Compliance Office. The Ethics & Compliance Office shall promptly investigate the matter, and any employees involved in retaliatory actions may be disciplined in accordance with applicable regulations.
04. Protection for Collaborators and Witnesses
In addition to the whistleblower, any collaborators who provide testimony or submit materials in support of an audit or investigation related to the report shall also be granted identity protection and personal safety measures.
05. Mitigation of Responsibility
In the case of a whistleblower who voluntarily reports violations of company regulations or ethical management, if misconduct or negligence related to the report is identified on the part of the whistleblower, disciplinary action may be reduced or exempted.
