Asung Platech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and discloses these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and other relevant laws, in order to clarify the rights and obligations of users (hereinafter "Users") of the visit reservation service and to regulate matters related to service use.
- Article 1 (Purpose)
- These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Users in relation to the internet-based services (hereinafter the "Service") provided through the Company's visit reservation website (hereinafter the "Site").
- Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" means any individual who accesses the Company's Site and uses the visit reservation service provided by the Company without a separate membership registration process.
- Article 3 (Provision of Services)
- The Company provides Users with the following services:
- 1. Guidance on visit reservation policies
- 2. Information on visit procedures and processing
- 3. Other related services provided by the Company regarding visits
- Article 4 (Suspension of Services)
- ① The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, malfunction of information and communication facilities, or communication failures.
- ② If suspension of the Service is unavoidable, the Company will notify Users in advance or afterwards through announcements on the Site. However, if prior notice is difficult due to reasons beyond the Company's control (such as system failures), subsequent notice may be provided instead.
- Article 5 (Loss of User Qualification and Restrictions on Visits)
- ① Users may request deletion of their personal information related to visit reservations, and the Company will proceed with deletion without delay unless there are justifiable reasons under relevant laws. However, actual visit records may be retained for the period specified in the Company's Privacy Policy.
- ② If a User falls under any of the following cases, the Company may restrict or refuse issuance of entry passes and visits:
- 1. When false information is entered during the visit reservation application
- 2. When the Company's security policies are violated
- 3. When acts contrary to laws or public order are committed
- 4. When it is deemed that the visit may be restricted under the Company's security guidelines
- 5. When visits are temporarily restricted due to internal circumstances of the Company
- ③ Before taking such measures, the Company shall provide the User with an opportunity to explain.
- Article 6 (Notification to Users)
- ① When the Company provides notifications to a specific User, it may use the contact information (such as mobile phone number) provided at the time of visit reservation.
- ② Notifications to an unspecified number of Users may be substituted by posting announcements on the Site.
- Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)
- The Company endeavors to protect Users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and its Privacy Policy, and implements technical and administrative safeguards to ensure such protection.
- Article 8 (Obligations of the Company)
- ① The Company complies with these Terms and relevant laws, and continuously strives to provide stable services.
- ② The Company establishes security systems for the protection of personal information to ensure that Users can safely use the Service.
- Article 9 (Responsibility for Managing Users' Personal Information)
- ① Except as provided by relevant laws and the Privacy Policy, the responsibility for managing a User's personal information lies with the User.
- ② Users shall not provide or share their personal information with third parties without authorization.
- Article 10 (Obligations of Users)
- Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- 1. Entering false information when applying for a visit reservation
- 2. Infringing upon the rights of the Company or third parties, or interfering with their business
- 3. Collecting, using, or disclosing another person's personal information without consent
- 4. Violating the Terms and Conditions or usage policies of the Service provided by the Company
- If such acts occur, the Company may restrict issuance of entry passes and visits in accordance with Article 5, and the User shall be liable for any damages incurred by the Company or third parties.
- Article 11 (Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
- ① All content provided on the Site (including text, images, source code, and technical information) is owned by the Company, and no license for commercial use is granted.
- ② Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise use the Site's content for commercial purposes, or provide it to third parties, without the Company's prior written consent.
- Article 12 (Disclaimer)
- ① Users are responsible for the reliability and accuracy of the information they enter, and the Company is not liable for damages arising from errors or false information entered by Users.
- ② The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Service, unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Article 13 (Amendments to the Terms and Conditions)
- ① The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions in accordance with relevant laws.
- ② When amended, the Company shall announce the effective date and reasons for the amendments on the Site at least seven (7) days before the effective date.
- ③ Users may explicitly express their refusal to the amendments within fifteen (15) days from the date of notice. If no refusal is expressed within that period, the amended Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted.
- Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- Disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
